I've always thought that the couple that laughs together, stays together and that's a big reason why, on a wedding day, nothing gives me greater happiness than seeing two newlyweds who can keep each other's spirits up and act silly throughout the biggest day of their lives.
For Caroline and Morgan, who were married on a cold but beautiful April afternoon at Fort Adams Trust in Newport, Rhode Island, the amount of love they had for each other was evident in every smile, every joke and every silly smirk and on this afternoon, there were a LOT of them.
Caroline and Morgan were two of the sweetest brides I've ever had the pleasure of getting to know on their big day and whether it was the unique venue they chose (A historic military fort turned state park) or the dance-heavy reception they had after their vows, one thing was clear when I left this wedding:
Though this was my first wedding shoot of 2017, it will definitely be one that sticks in my mind by the end of the season and long beyond. It really was that beautiful.
