Client Testimonials

I love wedding photography for a number of reasons but, by far, the biggest thing that drives me is connecting with a client and guiding them through the process from our first consultation until I deliver their prints and/or album. And, without question, I never feel better than when these clients are nice enough to write about our experience together.

Below, hear what some of my past clients have had to say about my services, in their own words, and if I sound like someone you would like to work with for YOUR wedding day, contact me directly by clicking here.

I can't say enough about Paul and Stacy(second photographer)! Not only were our photos fantastic but Paul really kept everything on time and on track, not an easy task when the bride is a family of nine. He is very professional, respectful and really goes the extra mile when he sees a shot that

will look amazing- no joke, he won everyone over when he dove belly first into the wet grass to get the perfect angle for a family photo. Paul is going to do what it takes to make sure every aspect of your special day is captured forever!

     Thanks Paul!

he was all over the place! He was on the ground, climbing on bridges, making sure he got the perfect shot of us. He was able to give us a lot of variety of shots for all of the special moments of the day. He was easy going, very easy to work with, and able to take charge with the family and bridal party to make sure we got all of our formal shots in with time to enjoy cocktail hour. Overall, Paul did a fabulous job, we would definitely recommend him for your wedding or any other special occasion you need captured!

Paul was the perfect photographer to capture our perfect day. He was extremely accessible before the big day. He made time to chat with us beforehand and knew exactly what the day would look like and what we wanted him to capture. At the wedding,

once. Anyone can take standard formals but Paul also took candids and behind the scenes pictures which really gives you the sense of the day. Pictures are something that last forever and what you’ll someday show your children therefore it’s so important to find someone who understands that and really captures moments and memories not just standard poses and Paul truly did that for us. I should also mention I had a LIST, yes bridezilla here, a list of pictures to be taken before, during, after etc and with my makeup and hair debacle, I was running 45 minutes behind schedule and Paul was able to complete every picture and pose I wanted and put us 7 minutes ahead of schedule before the ceremony started. His charisma, personality, and professionalism were spot on for every meeting and on the day of. I honestly can’t praise his work or recommend him highly enough. If I had to go back and do this again, he would always be my photographer.

If you’re looking for a photographer, this is your guy. Not only are his packages the most reasonable, his eye for pictures is just there. We got married 9.30.17 and we got our pictures less than a month later. The variety of pictures he took made us smile, cry, laugh, and get chills all at

style. He was very thorough explaining the packages he offered and getting an idea for what we were looking for when we first met.

Our engagement session was fantastic! My husband is not a fan of being in front of a camera and I tend to be very critical of pictures, but Paul put him at ease and made it a fun day for both of us. When we got the pictures back I loved them, they even ended up being the main decoration at our rehearsal dinner! Leading up to the wedding day we had conversations about timing and pictures, then my husband made a change to where he was getting ready at the last minute. I spoke to Paul and he was more than happy to make it work to be able to shoot both of us getting ready…even if it meant running to a second place!

Our wedding day seemed a bit hectic to me but Paul was there all along capturing the day. His second shooter Stacey was also there for a few hours to capture part of the evening and was fantastic as well! Everyone asks me how my day was and it goes so fast so it can be hard to absorb it all, but looking back at the pictures I know it was an amazing event and everyone had a wonderful time.

There are so many fantastic pictures that it is hard to include them all in the album and a bunch may end up in a collage on the wall! I have had many guest comment on how great Paul was and how he seemed to be everywhere at once! He worked very quickly and got the pictures back to us in a month. I cannot express how ecstatic I am with the pictures and his work! I would highly recommend using Paul for your wedding or special event as he makes it such a fun experience and you will not be disappointed with the outcome!

We found Paul through our venues facebook page and I instantly loved his photography style above the other photographers I had seen. From our first meeting with Paul I could tell we would get along great and he was fantastic working with our laid back (aka didn’t know what we wanted…lol)

have watched him grow over the past seven years when he shot his first wedding, until my own wedding a few weeks ago, and I can now say that he can actually put the term, professional photographer after his name. I love the style of the photos that Paul shoots, when he tells the unique story of every bride and groom in a way they could not tell it themselves.

He values telling a story through images of the most joyous day of a couple’s life. Paul told the story of my husband and I with grace, beauty, and captured all the amazing candid moments (serious and hilarious) that made our day special. He took thousands of images and spent many hours editing our photos, which turned out better than we could have ever imagined. Hire Paul Spetrini if you want a down to earth, hilarious human being who will shoot your wedding with his heart and soul. You will not be disappointed.

I knew exactly what kind of wedding photographer I wanted to hire for my wedding in September 2017, a photographer who could capture the true essence of my relationship with my husband and the joy of my family and friends. Paul Spetrini, simply put, loves being a wedding photographer. I

time. When the wedding day finally arrived, Paul showed up on time and ready to go. As we wanted a relaxed and fun day, Paul worked his magic when it came to capturing every moment. Between the great bridal prep photos to the first look with my father and on to the ceremony and reception, Paul knew exactly what to do, where to be, and what moments to capture. During our family photos and wedding party photos he kept things moving and we got them done as soon as we could, so they could get on to the cocktail hour. As we were looking for a stress-free day, my husband and I didn’t have a list of photos that we wanted specifically of just the two of us. Paul showed us he had the creative mind and professional eye to capture the best sunset we could have asked for and the perfect photos of the two of us in the best way. I could not be happier with the way our photos came out. Paul captured our memorable first dance, mother/son and father/daughter dances. He was able to capture the best photos of the not so happy ring bearer and they all came out great! The dancing photos that Paul captured could not have been captured any better, he was able to capture the funniest poses and the best dancing moves! My husband and I could not be happier with our wedding photos and the memories Paul has captured for us. Our experience with Paul was phenomenal and we could not have asked for better service. Thank you Paul!

A couple words to sum up our experience with Paul, let’s just say he is awesome! I was given Paul’s name through a mutual friend when starting to plan our wedding. At our first meeting, Paul showed us his portfolio, asked all the right questions and got to know us in the very short amount of

photographer. I can say with confidence, Paul will not disappoint. He has a very unique perspective with his photos, taking the stance of a story-teller, and really has the ability to play out the day with images in his photos. This is what separates him from your everyday wedding photographer. He is far from the ordinary. He will go above and beyond to get the perfect photos, and capture every important detail of your day. Paul met my husband and me for coffee on several different occasions as we planned for my wedding. He dealt with my ever changing ideas, my frequent requests/emails, and my day-of jitters, and he did so with grace.

When he arrived to begin photographing my wedding at hair and makeup, I was freaking out a little because my outdoor wedding happened to fall on a day with high speed, gusting winds, and cold rain. He helped me to calm down, focus, and take the time to actually enjoy my day. He took care of the rest. Even when I made all of my guests venture outdoors into the hurricane like weather for my first dance, he still was able to get amazing photos, despite the inclement conditions. I was so happy with my results and the photos that Paul was able to capture.

My friends and family had tears in their eyes when they saw what beautiful images he took. I recommend Paul for any couples that want an out of the box, over the top, always there to answer your questions, willing to do whatever it takes to get the good shot photographer! Paul is truly a gem in an industry filled with basic vendors, but I promise, he is far from basic, and he will make you feel like his most important client. He is not just a photographer, but an artist. You will not be disappointed!

Paul Spetrini was recommended to me by a friend who is a makeup artist, who saw him in action at another wedding. She was really impressed at his photography style. I am so thankful she recommended him to me, because I couldn’t have asked for a better

moments of the day and was amazing with our formal photos. He turned the awkward gathering of family members and posing and formation into a quick, easy, fun process FLAWLESSLY. People who never get professional photos taken were guided in a few second on great posing and look great.

For each special event (ceremony, reception entrance, etc) he had planned for enough coverage with our amazing second photographer Stacy, which allowed us to have photos of every angle. The candids through the reception are so fun, capturing every little fun moment that our guests shared with us.

The album looks great and really tells the story of the day really well. The blog that he posted is fun and gives another perspective of the night. Throughout the entire process he was prompt, responsive and incredibly helpful with not just guiding us through what his style is and what we should expect from a photographer, but other important details of our big day.

We started with an engagement session with him and it was a blast, even though we never had our doubts (because of such a great first impression), we knew that this choice of vendor was amazing, it was our easiest choice (Paul was the only photographer we had a consultation with). Throughout the wedding night, I kept hearing how awesome, nice, professional our photographer was, so hats off Paul, keep doing what you are doing!!

From the second we met Paul, our experience with him was nothing but exceptional. He went above and beyond at every possible point. First and foremost, the end result was PERFECT. We absolutely love the photos. We couldn't have imagined it better as he captured the best

emotions and appreciation for everything that was happening around me. At that moment, I knew Paul was a different kind of guy and he was not just there to take pictures and make money. He was part of our day. There were multiple times throughout the day that Paul did similar thoughtful gestures for me and my husband. So many friends and family commented on how much fun Paul looked like he was having during the day. He made people smile, resulting in amazing shots. At the end of the night when he told us how many pictures he took, I couldn't believe it! I barely saw him throughout the night. He blended in so well and was truly part of our special day. I cannot say enough about this special guy. He's thoughtful, aware of his surroundings, genuinely cares about the day, works his butt off and most importantly he's sincere. Thank You Paul for being part of our day and catching those special moments that we'll have forever. The pictures are absolutely amazing and beautiful. You captured everything better than I could ever imagine! I recommend Paul without hesitation.

Paul is not there to just take pictures. He is so experienced that he's in touch with emotions, understands the flow of the day, aware of all aspects of a wedding day. During the few minutes between prep and ceremony time, Paul made me reflect on the day, take a quiet moment to think about my

options and what costs how much. With the information, we were able to make an informed decision about what to include in our package. We fully customized our package to remove the engagement session, and add a second photographer, while still keeping the total cost within our budget. Paul also introduced his photography style, his philosophy and some of his past photos. We felt very excited about his work, and decided to choose him as our photographer. Throughout the planning, Paul was very responsive to emails and always got right back to us. He learned about our need during the in person meeting, and reminded us to provide him a list of what moments we would like to have captured. During the wedding, we felt so comfortable working with him. He offered suggestion on how to pose, which made the photo look very natural. What we loved about Paul was that he always went the extra mile for us. He never hesitated to get down on the ground to find that perfect angle, or get up the chairs to get full coverage of the group photo. Also, another thing that showed his professionalism was the dock photos. We had our wedding at Lake Pearl, and some of the formal photos were taken at the dock near the lake. With the way the dock is set up, we couldn't get the sunset into the background. We were thinking about moving on to the next spot, but Paul waded into the water to find the angle to shoot the sunset photo! The sunset photos turned to be the most beautiful of our formals. We were very appreciative of his dedication and the 'extra mile' he went!

Paul and Stacey (second photographer) did an excellent job photographing every possible facet of our wedding in August of 2017. Paul requested that we have an in-person meeting with him before we make the decision. The session was really helpful, as Paul went over the package
